Brandon and I went to our favorite bird store this weekend. Two hours and $40 later, we fell in love with several birds and Tucker got some pimp new home accessories. Check out this big blue bird, I love how docile he is despite his gigantic size. I think he looks like a Jim Henson character.

Ugh,that is just the most adorable thing ever!I've always wanted some sort of bird as a pet,but I sort of feel sorry keeping it in a cage,but I would definitely want one of these.
Just found your blog via bossy. The huge purple bird is a Harlequinn, I think they refer to it as the gentle giant. WE have two parrots and the store we go to for food has a couple of them that they are trying to mate. Apparently they are hard to mate..who knew? They are really cool but the huge beak scares the crap out of me
